Returned Pair Of Jordan Delivered To Me

I am very disappointed with firstly the delivery service that delivered my Jordan shoe on the 2nd of June. He wanted to leave it at my guard house instead of bringing it to my door. Secondly, when I opened my box I realised it was like I received a shoe that was returned, I have ordered about 4 pairs previously and all pairs came wrapped in paper and also had paper filling in the inside however this pair didn’t have either of this. This tells me that it is not a brand new pair. Order number G***. I chatted to a consultant online and advised of same, they kept avoiding my questions about what store this is in order for me to write a review and also how to I write a review.
