Purchased 2 pairs of sneakers from Nike.com the quality is so poor, I logged a return online for pick up on the 4th of January and they still have not picked up the sneakers. Return policy is 30 days we are approaching 30 days. It is so disappointing for this brand. I no longer recommend or buy from Nike.com for such a big company to not have a support or complaints team is shocking..
