Cancelled order after almost a month of ordering with no delivery

I ordered kids Sneakers during Mid November for Festive season holidays. I received the order number and mail stating that my order was confirmed.

Till this time, I haven't received my order and I had to call several times without being assisted until earlier this week when one of their agent answered my call and state "we have to cancel your order and it was not proceesed correctly".

They also stated that they will refund my money after 10 working days.

This is not such a pleasant way of customer service. After making payment immediately for sneakers, now I have to wait for 10 working days for my refund? What a waste of time
