Poor workmanship and poor service

Mr Loghandra supposedly fixed our leaking roof when he was sent here as a contractor by our insurance but it still leaks. The number on the website is *** to contact his wife/ managing director but the number is a ****. I have emailed him to tell him of the leak for many months and he did not reply until our geyser burst and the ceiling leaked heavily so we contacted our insurance now he says that the leaking was a burst geyser but the gesyer was replaced and the roof is still is leaking after the rain. He does not respond to the emails that I send to his email address and the number on the web is a ****. He has no integrity or proper work ethic nor does he have accountability despite what his website states.
