Terrible Service and unfriendly staff

<p>I called Nightwing Couriers to follow up on my study material on Friday the 27/01/2017 I also confirmed that the delivery address was to be my home address. When I asked for an estimate time of delivery i was told before the end of business which i do presume is 5pm. The package never arrived.Monday the 30/01/2017 I once again called and was not given a name by the person who took the call. I was then told my package would be delivered by 4:30pm. I then phoned back at about 6:10pm to then be informed that the driver is on the way to my work address. I then insisted it be delivered by 10am So today the package has still not arrived and it is now 11:30.</p> <p>Worst courier service ever!</p>
