Shocking service

They dont even deserve one star, but to write this review I have to click on a star. I am waiting for a parcel which I have tracked and according to the tracking info it has been dispatched from Cape Town twice. I have not received anything. I phoned numerous times yesterday, they just put me on hold every time with no answer. I phoned twice this morning after I received an email that said it would be delivered by 1pm yesterday. The first call was put on hold once again, second call the consultant answered the phone, coughing without even saying sorry, I demanded to speak to a supervisor after not getting any answers once again. I was put on hold with no answer. My third phone call was more professional with a lady who appologised for the bad service I received, and told me she would follow up. Still waiting for an answer.
