BAD SERVICE!!!

I have been waiting for my Study material to be delivered to me for the past few weeks.<br> There was said to me that my package will be delivered to me by the 2015/08/07 and when i use my tracking number it also shows dispatched. i called them about 8 times the last few weeks and all they tell me they will follow up on it and get back to me?iv'e been waiting for those calls ever since the first time they told me that.till i phone again i get the same story over again. i will never prefer anyone to use their service unless you are thee most patient person ever. i am so dissapointed in their service and really getting unpatient. Next time i will record<br> the conversations get the proof and go to the papers cause this is not the first time.<br> <br> I am still waiting for my PACKAGE!!!!
