Terrible service

I have been trying to book accommodation for 2 days, sent numerous emails and WhatsApp messages to the agent and she simply just does not respond. The service is terrible. All I am asking for is confirmation that what I booked online is confirmed so that I can pay the deposit but it seems impossible to get.
