Poor service, waste of money

Very unprofessional service. Paid 80%, my alarm system is still not working. My phone calls and messages ignored. Set up appointments not honoured. I have to pay someone else now in order to have an user friendly security system. My husband took leave in order to be home when a date was set for installation, they just did not arrived, after we confirmed the date. If it was a decent company they would at least refund my money, as the system is not working.
