Incorrect Quote after numberous verifications

I took in my Angle Grinder for repairs a few weeks ago, and asked for a quote on what the repair cost will be. They told me R395. I asked about 4 times if this is the best price they could give me, and if he is sure this would be the total amount due. He kept confirming that the total price for my repairs would be R395.<br> On collection today, he gives me my invoice of R450, and explains that the quote was excluding vat. I am not an unreasonable person, and understand that most companies charge vat (I charge vat in my company also) but if one repeatedly askes for the total of what a bill will come to, you give the including vat price, or at least mention to the customer that that the quoted price is excluding vat. I am very disappointed, and they where so unaccommodating towards the problem at hand. There name - NIGHT WOLVES really suites them well.<br> Customer service is non existing.
