WORST SECURITY COMPANY!

WORST WORST WORST security company!!! Please if you care about your and your families safety DO NOT use this company. We moved to Bryanston and a friend recommended Night Guard, this same friend had a beyond terrible experience with Night Guard a few weeks later and cancelled their services (it's not for me to share other peoples experiences but it was horrific), however it was a few months later and we did not action changing our security company and we went away for a month. WE SHOULD HAVE CHANGED THEN!!! The next thing it all went bad with Night Guard, they took THIRTY FIVE minutes to respond to our panic alarm and after all was said and done - the guard said he didn't have directions and he had to ask his control room. He then said the control room gave him the wrong directions while he was on the phone and he couldn't find his way. It then happened a few months later again!!! How can you depend on this security company. We also have only ourselves to blame - after our friends terrible incident with Night Guard and after reading all the terrible reviews and talking to more people who will not go near Night Guard - we should have done the same!! I feel terrible for trusting this company to protect my family. Night Guard - you should be ashamed of your business and the lack of protection you offer our community. I hope more people do not make the same mistake as us.
