Rude security guard

would like to lay a formal complaint regarding one of your employees.(see picture attached).

At the Level 2 Sandton parking lot your employee was parked on the way blocking traffic for people coming out from the parking. He noticed that the driver of the BMW was reversing out of the parking he just looked at him and went back to look at his phone and when the driver of the BMW hooted at him to make him aware that he wanted to leave, he then shouted from his car saying can't u see i'm working and why u hooting at me. The BMW guy went out of his car to ask can he move his car in order for him to leave. He gets out off his car and start shouting why u hooting at me. Bear in mind that I also wanted him to move because in a way I was also parked in by him.

Then my Brother went out of the car going to that guy (your employee) to say if you are saying you're busy working why not park else where why don't you find a free parking space in order for u to complete ur work than u blocking the way. ( mind you there was a free space next to the car that he said he was working on and I dont know why in the first place he did not park there any way).

When we left the parking with that BMW driver,we decided that we wanted to take it further we asked the security guys from the boom gate to call his supervisor when he arrived at the scene omg the guy acting up still and didn't want to listen to his supervisor. The supervisor even told him to be quiet in order for him to get both sides of the story. And when the BMW driver called him my Brother his response was IM NOT UR BROTHER. This guy is very disrespectful and had no right to ask us where we learned how to drive. Now we must be inconvenienced and swerve cars while his busy on his phone and blocking the way.
