Negligence from Security Officer - Poor service

I would like to share a horrible experience my family and I encountered with Night Guard As per the telephonic conversation with David at the Night Guard Control Room. We would like to lay a formal complaint against your vehicle registration TWC793GP, as of 16/06/2019. Your officer with the designated vehicle, came to our property 08 Jacona Road, Albemarle, Germiston to threaten us about the music we were playing before 21H00 as per the South African law, there is no law to stipulate time restrictions for music. Your officer threatened us off duty, with his spouse in the vehicle with his security lights on. He was absolutely arrogant and did not give us a chance to speak. He then threatened to call a sector vehicle for the noise complaint, he then proceeded to drive off. Is the officers spouse/partner registered with PSIRA? If not, according to the PSIRA rules and regulations: any individual in a security vehicle, needs to be PSIRA registered. If they are and their employment is not with Night Guard, THIS is not allowed. If they employed by another security company, THIS is a breach of contract. At 21H15 the SAPS vehicle arrived at our property regarding the noise complaint they received. According to the SAPS officers on duty we had not broken any laws, and they would report back to the complainant. At 21H50 our entire family with children between the ages of 9months old to 7 years old were sitting outside, when we all got choked by what seems to have been pepper spray. The officer driving the above mentioned vehicle lives next door to us at no 6 Jacona Road, Albemarle, Germiston. We immediately pressed our panic button, to alert our security company, they then arrived on scene within 5 minutes and then inspected our entire property, the officers smelt the pepper spray, which was sprayed by YOUR night guard officer. This affected us physically by choking each and every one of us on the property. We have family that suffer with Asthma and someone who is recovering from a fractured sternum. After I have lodged the complaint telephonically with David, the Night Guard Vehicle left the premises from 6 Jacona Road. We will be seeking medical advice in the morning with regards to the above mentioned incident. We expect a response within 24hours of this complaint from the owner of Night Guard , or else we will publish this complaint on ALL social media platforms and open an official case with SAPS against Night Guard
