Lost money

I shipped a parcel to Nigeria for Miss. Julie Jackson, it cost me R416.00 to ship the parcel via the Post Office, when the parcel reached Nigeria Customs, i received an email stating that is have to pay 200USD before the parcel could be released to Miss. Jackson, i could not get the money in time, and customs charged me another amount to pay. I did not have more to pay, but i sold some stuff i had to get the money together for customs. I asked them if they can reduce there cost as i do not have the money they requested, they wanted 350.90USD and agreed to reduce it to 250.90USD. I then paid the full amount of 250.90USD within the given time customs gave me. Just when i thought the parcel will be released, they send me another email, requesting another 300.80USD. I told them that i have paid on time like they told me in there email, but then they still wanted more money. I am not going to make anymore payment to them, because i do not have the finances. I would like all the money back i have paid customs, it totals to +/- R6,100.00. Can you help me?
