False advertising and rudeness to customers

I had the worst weekend there.. that place is not the place to be . I wouldn't recommend it to anyone reason being the owners wife was rude towards us when we spoke to her about her rooms and was busy insulting customers .first thing ,her rooms are not clean, second thing ,the swimming pools are dirty never cleaned, their beds are saggy,their taps are copper taps which is a health hazard the room doesn't have towels the owners wife is rude she even said she doesn't give a **** about our rating even said if we not happy with what she gave us she can re-emburse us our money back with the rude tone ... I will never set foot in that place ever again ... Be advised ..worse thing of all false advertising.
