After Sale Service Pathetic!

We bought a car from Nigel Auto after dealing with 2 salesmen. We reported the damages on the car within 2 days of purchase and when we took the car in for repairs the mechanic was not at work. 1 month later and still no repairs. when we contacted them today they said that we did not report any damages on the car and therefore they are not responsibly for fixing it. Now they want proof that we reported it. Telephone list shows the numerous calls made to them to arrange repairs but they just say \We didn't't know about the problems and it is not our problem". The sale was ***** from the beginning. Taking 2 weeks to get the deal through and every time they had different excuses. I wish we never ever even heard of this Dealer! Service is pathetic and the way they talk to customers. PATHETIC!!!"""
