Quick delivery and excellent customer services

I am a nervous online buyer but this company has excelled expectations. I ordered from them in December and again in January. Both times the products arrived within 24-48hrs of me placing my order. Recently one of the items bought in December showed signs of breaking and so yesterday I lodged a complaint on the website. So often those go unanswered. But within hours I had a call, I sent photos via whatsapp, and within 24hrs a replacement was on its way. I am very impressed!
