Nifty Gifts wonderful service1

I ordered a frame from Nifty Gifts. When it arrived, I put it in a drawer to put up later. A few weeks passed and I then went to put it up, only to notice that the frame had a crack in it. I emailed them to let them know and there was no issue to have a replacement frame sent even though quite a bit of time had passed between purchasing and receiving the frame and putting it up. I was so impressed with the service and that it wasn't a battle to get a replacement frame sent. All was handled so professionally, politely and smoothly.
