Nifty Gifts is super nifty!!!

Nifty Gifts is a fabulous website! They have a wonderful variety of gifts for every occasion. I recently bought some jewellery from them and there was a problem with the bracelet, which came apart. I emailed their customer services and had a response within 5 minutes! The people with whom I dealt, Peter and Thandi, were fantastic: They were apologetic (although it wasn't their fault) and very helpful. They offered me a refund or a store credit. I requested that a replacement bracelet be sent to me, if possible, which they confirmed would indeed be possible and it would be dispatched to me the very same day. I'm very impressed with their service - when you order, it is delivered within 2 days! I've used them a couple of times already and will definitely continue to do so in the future.
