Just plain difficult
Came across Nifty Gifts on Facebook and they had lovely things. I ordered a bag and purse and when they arrived I was very disappointed with the bag - it was much smaller than I expected (would literally fit my A4 diary and nothing more)and not great quality. I requested a return but they're making it very difficult to return the bag (unused with the tag still on) I have to pay courier to get the bag to them and they'll only refund up to R99 even though I paid R149 for the bag. Won't use them again in a hurry.

The refund up to R99 refers to the courier fees, not the product itself – as we explained in our email, you would have received a full refund for the returned product. Our apologies for the misunderstanding.
