Amazing service

Wow Nifty Gifts are just so amazing.

After having a problem with a product I ordered, they jumped right on it. No questions, no having to send anything back, no forms to fill out, no phoning a call center and holding forever. Just instant agreement to replace the item, which I received less than a week after my initial email to them. Thandi from their office said to me, just sit back, relax and we will do all the work, you don’t have to do anything. WOW!!

I can’t say I remember the last time I had such good service. I will definitely be buying more funky stuff from Nifty Gifts in the future. They rock!!! I am truly blown away.
