Loan ****

I paidup nifty credit 7 months ago and till today they do not want to uodate my credit profile with credit bureau, i called experian and they told me that they cannot help me because nifty credit confirmed that i still owe them, i even provided paidup lettet but it still shows that i owe them, i really dont know what to do because this is affecting my life in a negative way.
