Loan approval but no funds in my account

App**** for loan and accepted debicheck, it reflects on credit record but didn't recieve funds, that was on the 17th and according to them funds should have reflected within 48hours today is 72 hours already still no funds, they don't reply email, they don't answer phones, left Voice-mail and still no feedback, I am starting to believe that it a ****.
