WORST SERVICE EVER FROM NIEUWEDRIFT WINE ESTATE

Nieuwedrift Wine Estate: You have given my family and I the worst service ever! I am disgusted by your management style, by the behaviour of one of your waitresses (do not know her name). Firstly, management told us that we cannot take half a bottle of wine that we bought on the premises. I asked the manager to show us the liqour license and the by-law which they eluded to, to back up what they are saying. They didnt even respond to that after numerous requests for this documentation. Instead, they forced us to leave by using hand gestures and unpleasant (negative) verbal communication - in front of all other guests. We felt that they didnt even attempt to rectify the situation as smoothly as possible, but rather were inspired to make us leave as quickly as possible. They didnt seek to , through excellent service, resolve the situation amicably. DISGUSTING SERVICE! WE WILL NEVER SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN!
