Very disappointing product and service

The reps are plausible and talk the talk but, when problems arise, cannot help, blaming their 'superiors'. After less than 4 years, our boards had lost their edging in many places and blistered on the inside surfaces in all areas where there is any moisture at all, however little... this is a kitchen after all! The promised certificate was never provided despite several reminders. I'm very disappointed with the product and the service and wouldn't recommend using this board.
