Shocking service from Niemann SA

We paid in full for our bedroom doors in May 2015 to secure our stock as Niemann SA advised that they had limited stock. In August they come back to us to advise that the boards were damaged, only when our cupboard contractors requested for the doors and and the color discontinued. My husband asked for Germany details and thereafter miraculously we get an email to say that the cupboards guys should send through the cutting list. Now, we get a call on the 09 September one month later to advise that they do not have the boards and we must wait till Oct for these to come from Germany. At no stage were we ever informed in August about this wait if not we would have changed colors etc. How can we pay in full for stock in May 2015 and we now in Sep and still not have our goods? Niemann SA is rude, abrasive, unhelpful and the service absolutely shocking. I would never recommend anyone to use Niemann, rather go for 2K sprayed doors!
