Poor Quality and Service

We refurbished our kitchen in 2018/2019 and on recommendation used Niemann SA products( boards and edging). In Feb 2020 numerous edgings started falling off. Tracey did come out and inspected them and we are waiting for them to repair the edgings. They did not keep their appt to collect doors on 2 march 10 am now we have been given the 23 March 2021 date for collection. Not the quality and service one expects from so called premium quality and pricey product.
