Niemann SA sells impossible to maintain products and is unaccountable

I installed a new kitchen about a year ago, using Niemann cupboards, believing them to be the premium high-quality product with presumably good back-up service. The boards used were a matt 'finger-print resistant' type. To my great heart-sinking disappointment, they are permanently marked with grease from almost any contact. I have had their consultant out to explain to me how they are supposed to be cleaned, but the reality is, under the best conditions, they will look presentable only in the small window period after each clean. It looks like I have further committed the ultimate crime of leaving marks on for over a couple of weeks, which may have resulted in permanent marks. The colour (dark grey) is unforgiving and the cupboards are push-to-open, but the reality is, if Niemann want customers to believe they are a premium product, they need to (1) ensure clients know how each product will perform (if this product should only be installed with handles, customers should know this and contractors should be under obligation (to Niemann) to advise customers accordingly (2) customers should be fully informed of how the product is to be maintained (maintenance manual, instruction etc should be part of the contractors duty of care, which, again, Niemann should enforce) and whether it is a high-maintenance product (again, contractors should be under obligation to inform the client accordingly, by agreement with Niemann). The fact that the product has not generated endless complaints surprises me (if it is the case). I had the consultant out a 2nd time, but he had clearly been informed by the contractor that I felt the boards should all be replaced by them, and had shut up shop - every response was basically a 'read the fine-print' type response (btw I received no fine-print or print of any kind). I deeply regret not just going with a duco finish, whose disadvantage is it shows up scratches (a problem that can be rectified with a re-paint). I long for that problem.
