Bad customer service

I have recently purchased a 1 .4 kg Nido 1 packet. I didn't find the measuring s****. I emailed and Sent messages on Facebook on their products account, requesting a size of their measuring s**** so that I will prepare milk for my 1 year old. But, they never responded to my email on Facebook they only told me they don't come out with s****s and refused to give me a size of the s****. I'm really disappointed with their service as this milk must be consumed by a child I can't just use any size of the s****. It's been 3 days trying to get information with no help. Very disappointed with your poor service. Please include s****s on those refill packs.
