Great furniture but SHOCKING SERVICE!

Purchased, not 1 but 3 cupboards from Nictus. Had them delivered to my home by Nictus so that I could build them. However, I wasn't able to build them immediately as we were in the middle of renovations at my home. As such, I was only able to build the one cupboard 11 days after the cupboards were delivered. When I opened the box that contained the cupboard door with a mirror on it, the mirror was broken. The box was literally not touched by anybody in my home. It was delivered by Nictus and positioned by Nictus. And yet, Nictus has some ridiculous excuse that I only had 7 days to complain. So let me get this straight... your service is so bad that I must open every box when you deliver it to ensure everything is in order. I must open all of about 15 boxes because you guys are ***********. PATHETIC!
