Bad service not understanding and want to sue us for payment already done

We have this woman Mrs Mokori from NICS Attorneys herrasing us for payment on a City of Tshwane account where my husband is an Employee.

We made payment on our account which was directly deducted from salary and she accuses us of not paying. The City of Tshwane told us to ignore this and we are waiting for them to revert back to us.

This Mrs Mokori from NICS does NOT understand us and want to proceed with legal acting.
