Cheap and Substandard Finishes

I hired Nico’s Kitchens expecting professional service and quality finishes, but the entire experience has been shocking.

• Substandard Materials & Finishes: The final product looks cheap and poorly installed, far below the A-grade standard promised and.paid for. Sloppy Workmanship, looks like an amateur DIY job, not professional carpentry.

• Poor Management: The job dragged on for 3 months over 5 separate visits because they overcommit on other projects. The team consists of just Nico and two assistants.

• Zero Accountability: When issues were brought up, there was no quality control or effort to rectify defects properly. Just cheap alternatives provided.

• Property Damage: The damage left behind was unacceptables. When matters were raised, it was met with a, "it's not us".

Trusting Nico’s Kitchens was a costly and stressful mistake. The outcome is disgraceful.
