Don't recommend

We unfortunately would not recommend working with Nicci. The main reason for this is that she was on vacation during our wedding and did not tell us about it prior. We found out through her out of office signature on her email 9 days before our wedding. If we would have known that she was going to be on vacation during our wedding, we would not have booked her. It was a really big disappointment for us. We didn't feel like she cared about our wedding and we didn't feel like she had it all under control. If we were to do it again, we wouldn't have booked her.
