Disgusting attitude and behaviour from owner!

After passing this nursery a few times I have always wanted to go. I have been looking at various options for a garden pond and they popped up as a suggestion after asking for places that may have a few. I decided to finally pay a visit and made a dash through on my way to fetch the kids so was rather pressed for time. I encountered a gentleman by the name of Richard I think it was and explained exactly what I needed and that I was pressed for time. The guy literally ran me through the place with super speed and efficiency. This would have been a 5 start if not for the encounter with Nicholas, the owner. I asked poor Richard for a price on a fiberglass pool I saw there and explained I would not be able to take it today anyway as I would come back with a buckey, doing EXACTLY what I had asked and still remembering I was in a hurry, he picked up the pond and dashed to ask "Nicholas" for the price. I caught up at the counter and had to wait whilst poor Richard was belittled and humiliated by his "boss" for bringing his mould to the counter. Not giving the poor guy a chance to even explain I would not be taking now anyway so had enough time to make one!! I eventually piped up all I needed was a price and was told it was very expensive as it was fiberglass.... Seeing as I had already been researching this for a while and been to various other places I am well aware of this. After finally being given a price I am then told a hole needs to be dug in the ground - exactly what I asked poor Richard I was looking for in the first place I might add!!! - like I too was a fumbling idiot. So as you did not even bother to greet me I would just like to say hello to you Nicholas. I would like to say that I failed to speak up there but the way you spoke to your staff member right in front of me was unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. On his behalf I would like to say he most certainly is not an idiot and does not deserve to be spoken to like that at all! I thought his service was above and beyond!!! Then to carry on the same tone with a customer!!! You have absolutely no right at all! I shall be sure to mention this to all my other garden loving friends and shall look elsewhere for my experience fiberglass pond thank you very much!!!!
