Very unprofessional and Rude!!!

Very very unprofessional company. Not once did they give me a call to let me know i have an outstanding debt for for than a year ago, the send me a whatsup message to let me know they are in the process of sending out a summons. The first message that they send the details was incorrect as they sended me a notice for another person. I said to them that i dont knoe that person they have the wrong number. Only then did they send another email with the correct details. The lady Elonese was very unprofessional and rude. I explained to her that I am unemployed but will find out from my childs father how much we can pay per month as I dont have money right away to pay. I also mentioned that im sure you cant just send out summons if no one contacted me in anyway, were she mention their customer called and emailed me in February 2022. I said to her that is a year ago. Why has no one called me after that or even Nicol Davis. I have never received any phone call within a year from them. The email adress that they have is a very old email adress, dont know how they expect me to get emails from and old employers email adress. After i have explained all this, she still requested R400 to be paid via debit order, i said to her we can't pay R400 but can pay R200. And explained that we still need to live as i have 2 children to provide for as well pay rent, pay education and the normal day to day living expenses, where she just rep**** they will they will proceed with summons. I said to her can they please phone me as i cant talk business over whatsup. Up until now she has not phoned me. Very very unprofesional, rude people.
