Very Irate client

I was contacted by agent by the name of Nthabiseng, an EXTREMELY RUDE and ILL-MANNERED somebody. She called me last year (2018) informing me of my outstanding account with Target Lab. Made contact with Target Lab, settled the balance and emailed Nthabiseng the proof of payment. Yesterday (16/01/2019), this same consultant called me again about the same account. Her tone and manner was very demeaning. She gave me attitude and was very disrespectful when I called her to order.

If this is the type of approach that you use to collect outstanding amounts on behalf of your clients, I hope you never get any business moving forward. As much as we would be owing whatever company, your duty is to collect the outstanding amounts and not ruin the business relationship for that other business you collecting for. I am very ****ed off and do not wish to deal with any of your consultants. Please remove my details from your database as I have settled the account and sent the proof thereof
