UTTERLY APPALLED!!!!!!!!!
I am disappointed at the matter in which I was addressed by Nthabiseng and then only to suffer the same treatment from her manager Malerato.
Received a call for the very first time from Nicole Davies & Associated from Nthabiseng this morning without any proper explanation telling me that I need to pay a doctors account which was handed over to them after having my medical aid decline payment thereof due to them not covering the specific service in 2017. She demanded I make payment to them for the matter which was brought to my attention for first time today. I advised that I could not and would only be able to make payment in March, she then rudely/abruptly called her manager (Malerato) who continued the abuse and then continued on to then hang up on me.
I then called back and asked to speak to both their superior/manager and was nicely transferred from switchboard to Lisa who asked for my details in order to check and break the matter down to me. She explained what happened and the communication thereto between the medical aid and how/why the matter was handed over to them. She further advised on the settlement amount as well as an installment amount, interest that will be charged and how I can avoid it which I would like to think is the manner in which the called was supposed to be handled from the get go. Point is the information I have was given to me by Lisa when I called back and not by the collector who initiated the call and her manager rudely ending the very call.
I am appalled at the manner in which the call was handled as you would swear this was the tenth call after having received calls with this request from Tom, ****, Harry and the the rest of the company, when this was the FIRST time I have spoken to anyone from Nicol Davis and do not appreciate the treatment I received.
I was relieved to hear when I called back that calls are recorded and hope that the very call will be pulled and played and the two ladies will be dealt with accordingly...I sincerely hope that this is not the way staff is trained to treat people.
