Unprofessional low-life *********

What a bunch of low-life *********! I received a call from someone who works for this company and told me that I have not responded to any of the e-mails regarding the outstanding amount R3800 for Dr. EG Markgraaff. (ENT surgeon at Sandton Medi-clinic) I told her that I've never received any communication and asked her to confirm my e-mail address. She refused to confirm any details, and after rudely telling me (or rather, talking over me, while I was trying to get details) that I will be handed over proceeded to drop the phone in my ear.

Even though the mistake comes from Dr Markgraaff for trying to collect money for an account that was already paid in full. The pure unprofessional way these people operate is disgusting!

I do not owe anybody a cent, rather Dr. Markgraaff's owes me an apology for giving/selling my details to these rude unprofessional low-life ********* who calls themselves Nicol Davis & Associates.
