Unprofessional and Bully

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I received a call from Mrs Denise Hanekom whom I had to repeatedly ask to refrain from shouting at me , as well as reprimanding me .I spoke to her in a calm and quiet manner and once again she shouted at me and said :</p> <p> </p> <p>“ Pay your debt… you owe our client and don’t tell me what to do ,I am a grandmother and how dare you tell me to not talk to you like a child when you talking down to me!” She proceeded to say” in order to never hear from me pay your debt YOU owe.” And slammed the phone down on my ear!</p> <p> </p> <p>Fortunately I am able to record calls, which I did.</p> <p> </p> <p>The reality is that I have rights just like anyone else , I pay my taxes , bills and I work really hard. I am a mother to a toddler and a professional. I am not a ********.</p> <p> It is absolutely unacceptable on so many levels to speak to anyone like Mrs Densise Hanekom did. It is exceptionally unprofessional and all in all she is a bully.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not to mention when I asked for her last name , I order to have a reference , she advise” you can call who you want and tell who you want you , no one will care, You are a Debt owing person pay your bills”</p> <p> </p> <p>What I would like to do is to bring to light that no matter ones walk in life , what their financial status might be the way Mrs Denise Hanekom spoke to me was belittling and unnecessary. Lets hope Mrs Hanekom always is on top of everything and is never put in a situation where someone has to treat her the way she did to me this morning.</p> <p> </p> <p> All the above due to a technicality with a schedule payment going off incorrectly. As well as the debt is actually NOT mine and NOT done intentionally in anyway, this was due to a short payment from my medical aid that I was never advised about and only a year later I heard about it I set up payment plan, put a schedule payment in place etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>I apologize for the inconvenience caused with me not being available for phone calls as I am not available during the day due to training and meetings, as i was shouted at for that as well.</p> <p>Unfortunately after checking Mrs Denise Hanekom emails did filter to junk mail , I have set a rule in order for his to stay in inbox.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why am I posting this , well in order to bring awareness that this is an unaccetable way to treat people and I will not stand for it nor will I be bul****.</p> <p> </p> <p>I see on Hellopeter.com I am not the only one that has been treated like that. Shameful really! No replies from the business either which is not suprising.</p> <p> </p> <p>I see the moto of the company is no collection no charge , so it seems in order to get the colleciton the above is how they approach it.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
