A Agent from this business gave us a call about a doctors account that was in arrears. We made arrangements with them for a monthly installment of R867. 00 for 3 consecutive months. As I saw I will not be having money in my account by the 1st of September 2023, I gave them a call on the 31st of August 2023 at around 14h13. I explained that I will not have money in my account, what are we going to do. I was forced to pay the account from my savings ( savings that I use to by my chronicle ill child medicine) to them via EFT. As soon as money showed in my account they deducted 2 installments from my account, where by I reversed the one debit order but can't reverse the other as they have blocked my account. I have phoned them and they said to me sorry they have escalated the matter to the accounts department but when the problem will be resolved we don't know. I am not allowed to speak to the accounts department. I have opened a case of *****ulent activity on my account and I will not pay a penny more to them. I have a sick child and it's costing me hundreds of rands a month just on medication.
