THREAT

i have received a call from Nicole and Davis consultant and i was in the meeting so i told her im in the meeting, after 10 minutes i received a strage sms from my phone threatening me: the sms reads as follows: Ms Nkuna we dont know what you are trying to play at but please note that a sherif of the court will be at your place of employment on the 29th January 2015 we have confirmed with your HR and we will be bringing all proofs of communication including your work e-mail that you have been using for personal matters,NB: sheriff fees of about R1800 will be added to your current account..you have 24 hours to settle your Target Laboratories. Thank you. For any queries contant our offices ***. i dont understand why they threatening me that they will come to my HR reporting me for using my business email for personal, my debts with them it has nothing to to with HR or my email, i feel this is unprofesional. they are forcing me to me something that i was not informed of 3 years ago and everytime when they call they dont give chance to speake they just instruct me.i want to know if is this a debt collection act to send this kind of sms to debtors.
