Surely this is not legal

Taking people for a ride, In fact they ******** people....... They dont allocate months of payments to your account "they haven't picked it up" and then continue to harrass you with threatening sms's tc to charge their legal fees. Eventually you are forced to contact them, do the work for them by sending in your pop that they have not captured, get a balance which shows that you have in fact paid off the amount owing and then they charge you another R600.00 for the communication on the day that came from your side because they've ignored your payments.
