Rude people

I got a call from this company , the lady was very rude to me , i tried to explain to her i want to make a debit order arragement with the company , so got attitude with me , so the lady send a letter to may hr to confirm employment for a garnish order against may salary , as I still don't know the balance on the account , as I want to settle this account , but nobody wants to help me ........
