Rude debt collector

Very rude and unprofessional

I did blood test last year and I was not told that my medical aid didn't pay

So this month I just got SMS from this company notifying me the amount I had to pay

It was 985.60 So because it was the middle of the month I paid 85.60 So this lady rude lady called me to say what I did was an insult

Ok ....she didn't even want to hear me out Anyway I went all out to pay 450 two times same day

That means I finished to pay Now I call the very same lady she was so rude...she didn't even want to listen to me that I paid off....I insisted to her that I paid everything....all I want is paid up letter.....booommm she fumed ,she said that will be January....i want to know when...ok and she said I can complain to her supervisor and she hanged the phone
