Rude Communication and possible ********

This legal company is very rude. I received a WhatsApp message stating that I have an outstanding balance of R2698 from Target Laboratories from 2019. When I asked more about the matter since I don’t remember having any outstanding amounts I was told summons will be sent to me, I’m not the only client they working with and I should be patient. How can I be patient when an account I didn’t even know about is being handed over to the attorneys and I am threatened with summons. I checked my medical aid statement for the date mentioned, there was no claim made to target laboratories and moreover I was not even consulting the doctor mentioned by the Lawyers in that year.
