Poor services

Threatening a person day after day and piling up the charges and interest when the account is hardly a month old...a doctor fee after my son was born. which I submitted to the medical aid for payment and notified them...still received demanding and court threatening letters... So I made the full amount payment. Now still after 8 months the overpaid money to Dr Greeff has not been paid back... I would seriously avoid using their services.
