Poor attitude and communication

I paid an account of R665 (after dispute with a physio regarding the amount) about 2 weeks after it was handed to this *********** firm. Payment date = 8 January 2016. On 11 April (3 months after the account was settled from my side), they phone me saying I owe another R600 for legal fees. No invoice ever sent to me for this amount. The first (and only email) I ever received from Nicol, Davis & Ass's was on 18 March 2016 (2 months after payment). Never was there explained over the phone that I need to pay extra legal fees, only that I need to settle the R665 outstanding. <br> <br> Was I suppose to smell that there were legal fees outstanding? How can you still charge fees on this account after the amount has been settled? How can you charge R600 for an account of R600 if I paid the amount less than 2 weeks after hand over?<br> <br> Plus unprofessional attitude over the phone. <br> Absolutely ridiculous !!<br>
