PATHETIC AND *****

The absolute incompetence that goes with the arrogant and rude people that you speak to!! I have on multiple occasions both via email and phone call requested the documentation of the apparent account I owe money on (I have no knowledge of the said account) but yet I am constantly harassed and threatened with SMS to the point they have no listed me on ITC for no ****** reason!! How many more times do I need to beg for the file in order to validate if it is in fact an outstanding account. My next step is to open up an harassment case against this company and possibly a ***** case to!
