<p>My late dad had a Discovery medical aid. Dr Bisram treated and neglected my dad to death. He went on holiday. Discovery had to pay a second amount into my dad's account because Bisram is contracted out. There is no record that Discovery paid the second amount into my dad's account. Nicol Davis &Associates threaten and harass me and out my name on ITC. It is NOT my bill. I reported them but nothing came of it.</p>
