Nicol-Davis & associate are nothing but ******** and unprofessional

I'm much disgusted by such service and conduct this company is having.

They take advantage of the vulnerable people who were hospitalized and use the term that your medical aid didn't pay for other services done at the hospital.

I apparently owe Nico-Davis Associate money that they assume was for blood samples , which when I request a statement no one can provide it , with a threat that I will listed on ITC. Which company handed me over , no one can explain..

When I ask for a statement, employee particularly Nthabiseng is hilariously rude and very unprofessional considering this company is assumed to be a legal collection company, its unbelievable.a statement of what you owe cannot be provided.when i call my medical aid they confirm all medical claims were paid by the medical aid scheme ; when I call my Doctor same applies. he never claimed and being refused a claim.
